Aidence partners with Treedom on environmental project

As of today, there are 200 new trees in the world! We have partnered with Treedom, a certified B corporation allowing users to plant trees from a distance. Our shared purpose is to make the planet a bit greener and bring positive change to the people who live on it.

We are growing trees in six countries, among which are Cameroon, Colombia, and Ghana. All trees are planted directly by local farmers, bringing environmental, social, and financial benefits to their communities. Every tree is photographed and geolocated at the moment it is placed in the ground, to ensure maximum transparency.

Trees are valuable allies in the fight against climate change because they produce oxygen and absorb CO2, trapping it in their trunks, branches and roots. It is also why trees are the “lungs of the planet”. This connection brings the project closer to our company’s mission of giving lung cancer patients a fighting chance.

Recently, we published an article on the carbon footprint of running our AI medical solutions and ways to reduce it. Our work with Treedom is part of our broader commitment to sustainability in all aspects of our business.
